Refund Policy
At Neon Dubai, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The item received is defective or damaged

The wrong product was delivered

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within [5] days of purchase
Please note, customized or personalized items are not eligible for refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at ammar.yousaf@igraphics.ae with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipment process.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was received in a defective or incorrect condition.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Products returned without original packaging or beyond the return window
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
