We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For international shipping, please contact us directly before placing an order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the product or service:

• Standard Products: 2–5 business days within the UAE

• Customized Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on complexity)

• Express Delivery: Available on select products for an additional charge

Note: Business days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery within the UAE may be free or subject to a flat fee depending on the order value and location.

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipment tracking notification (if applicable).

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics team will attempt redelivery or contact you for rescheduling. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, additional charges may apply.
